Prep Call
We spend 30 minutes getting to know each other so I can learn more about how you want to improve your business. We talk through what you're trying to get to, what you're currently running, and where it's not working, and we settle who from your team should be in the room for the working session.

Working Session
A three-hour deep dive where we map how work actually moves through your business, what tools you use each day, and what your goals are. I get into the nitty-gritty of what's working well and what could use some help.

The Plan
I take my findings and create your plan. Your roadmap arrives within three business days, and we spend an hour walking through it together so nothing in it is a surprise. I also provide my recommendation on the first project that will have the biggest impact.
